Many people have asked for faster employee access to the system. Well we have some good news for you! We will be releasing a set of new features that speeds up employee access and time clock operations.

Each employee will have a PIN of your choosing. Employees can quickly login and clock in/out using their PIN. We’ve also added an option to require employees to enter their PIN before each new sale. These features are accessed via two new icons on the top menu:

Setup your employee access via Admin->Employees.

You’ll also be able to restrict access to the system. You can prevent employees from logging in to the system away from your business by removing their “External Login” privileges. Without “External Login” privileges employees can only access the system using their PIN after an administrator has logged in.
