I was able to resurrect these screen shots of our system from 2004. I think you’ll agree we’ve come along way since then! Note: We were called “BikeSoft” back then instead of MerchantOS. This original system was used in just one store by our intrepid beta tester (er first customer?).

When a customer comes in asking about that special order you’ll be able to give them fast and accurate information.
Work Orders and service management. Create a work order for the customer and track it to completion. Lookup previous work orders for the customer.
