Note: we recommend specific hardware – we’re happy to try and help you to use existing hardware but not all peripherals are compatible with MerchantOS.

Return Policy
You may return all hardware within 30 days of purchase for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Print media such as labels and receipt paper are not eligible for refund. Hardware must be in new condition and in original boxes along with all original literature and software CDs. Call MerchantOS for a return authorization.
