Credit Card Processing

From MerchantOS Manual

If you are using the Basic or Professional Versions of MerchantOS and would like to have integrated credit card processing, you will need to get setup with our merchant processing provider Merchant Warehouse. If you are using the Premium version of MerchantOS, you are free to use your own provider if they can set you up with an authorize.net card present gateway or you can also use Merchant Warehouse.

You will need to purchase a Magtek 21040108 (Compatible with Mac, Linux, and Microsoft Windows) to swipe cards. You can order this card reader from MerchantOS for $79.95. You will be able to accept all the common credit cards.

Deposits take 24 to 36 hours to make it to your bank account if you are using MerchantOS' processing partner Merchant Warehouse.

Qualified (Standard Credit Cards swiped) - 1.67%
Mid-Qualified (Rewards Cards) - 1.99%
Non-Qualified (International and Corporate Cards) - 2.99%
$0.20 per transaction

You must swipe the card to get the qualified rate.

$8 monthly statement fee
$10 monthly gateway fee

At this time we are not able to provide PIN based processing for check cards.
