We love to hear from our users. If you are having trouble with the system for any reason, please let us know about it. We strive to make great software but it is only possible with your help. Below are three support options for you.

  • Support Forums - If you can wait a little while for an answer go to the forums and post your question. There you can also discuss questions with fellow MerchantOS users. Your question may even already be answered.
  • Manual - Documentation on MerchantOS features and setting up your POS hardware. Also contains video lessons to speed up staff training.
  • Send A Message - If you need a timely response send us a message and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

EMERGENCIES

When you call while we are away you have the option to leave an urgent voice mail. We will respond to urgent voice mails as quickly as possible. It is extremely important you describe your situation so that we may determine you do in fact have an emergency and must receive our support in order to continue.
